Insurance and Payments
To determine whether your insurance policy will cover any of Janelle Hallman & Associates' services, you will need to contact your benefits department and ask whether you are covered for mental health services. You will then want to ask if they cover an out-of-network provider who is an MA level licensed professional counselor (LPC) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
Janelle Hallman & Associates does not provide managed care, which means, Janelle will not manage your insurance claims and reimbursements. However, if requested, Janelle Hallman & Associates will provide you with an invoice/receipt for all payments made to her for counseling services. This invoice can then be directly submitted to your insurance provider. If your insurance company covers mental health services (individual counseling, consultation, telephone therapy or psychological testing), they will reimburse you directly based on their predetermined customary percentage.
Janelle Hallman & Associates requires payment for services at the time the service is rendered. Fees for phone consultations must be paid in advance by credit card.
