Professional Consultations with Clergy, Pastoral Care Workers, and other Mental Health Professionals
Consultations are available to other professionals who are seeking guidance and consultation in their work with lesbian or bisexual women or women still in the process of exploring their sexual identity. Consultation appointments can be scheduled for 25 minutes minimum, up to two hours on the phone, Zoom or in Dr. Hallman’s office. Her professional consulting fee is $145 per 50 minute session, $75 per 25 minute session and must be paid at the time of service. To schedule a consultation click here.
Lecturer and Trainer
Dr. Hallman regularly serves as a guest lecturer in church, parachurch, and academic settings; provides workshops at professional mental health conferences; speaks to mental health professionals in clinical settings; and trains clergy, church leaders, and lay audiences.

Individual Supervision of New Counselors Seeking Licensure
Dr. Hallman has a great passion in providing support, supervision and developmental opportunities for graduate students completing their internship hours or postgrads seeking licensure in Colorado and who are in need of off-site supervision or who want to supplement their existing supervision. Dr. Hallman focuses on intake and assessment, case conceptualization, treatment planning, theoretical frameworks, client transference and counselor counter-transference, counseling interventions for individuals and groups, counselor self care, professional development and other related issues.
Dr. Hallman’s fee for clinical supervision is $135 per 50 minute session. Payment is made at the time of supervision. To inquire about supervision click here.
Group Supervision and Consultation
Dr. Hallman regularly runs Supervision Groups for counselors seeking licensure in Colorado and consultation groups for licensed mental health professionals. The groups typically meet once a month and focus on psychoeducation, case presentation, professional development and self care. Fees vary depending on length of group and number of participants.
