Office locations

Dr. Hallman operates out of two offices - north and south of Denver:

8461 Turnpike Drive, Suite 110
Westminster, CO 80031

6638 W. Ottawa Avenue, Suite 150-1
Littleton, CO 80128

Full payment for counseling sessions, consultations, therapeutic intensives, or group supervision and consultation sessions must be paid in full at the time of session. For telephone or video sessions, credit card information must be submitted prior to the scheduled session. Otherwise, payment can be made by cash, check or major credit card.

To determine whether your insurance policy will cover any of Dr. Hallman’s services, you will need to contact your benefits department and ask whether you are covered for mental health services. You will then want to ask if they cover an out-of-network provider who is a PhD level Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado. If you indeed have benefits, your insurance provider will tell you how to claim those benefits.

Dr. Hallman does not provide managed care, which means, she will not manage your insurance claims and reimbursements. She is also not a member of any insurance network. However, if requested, she will provide you with an invoice/receipt for all payments made for her counseling services. This invoice can then be directly submitted to your insurance provider. If your insurance company covers mental health services (individual counseling, consultation, or psychological testing), they will reimburse you directly based on their predetermined customary percentage.

Dr. Hallman’s fees are as follows:

Individual Counseling: $145 per 50 minute session $ 75 per 25 minute session
Intensive Therapeutic Consultation: $150 per every 50 minutes (multiple hours in one day)
Individual Supervision: $135 per 50 minute session
Professional Consultation: $145 per 50 minute session
Group Supervision: $75 for 2 hours
Psychological Assessments: $195 if recommended

Intake paperwork and assessments

At the beginning of your therapy, you will be provided a packet of intake paperwork to complete. Janelle will review all of the paper work with you so that she makes sure you understand all of the information and the purpose of many of the questionnaires.

You may also be requested to complete a full psychological assessment (involving psychological testing – three paper tests – and a fee of $195). Dr. Hallman will discuss this with you and answer any questions or concerns you might have about the intake process. The results of these assessments will assist Janelle in knowing how best to support you. Once the assessments are scored, the results will be shared with you. Most clients find this information to be extremely beneficial, often giving them new categories and words to understand their lives.
